Wade Steinlage is in his fourth year as sports information director and second year as co-head coach of the men's golf team at William Penn.

Steinlage comes to Penn from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas, where he spent one year as an intern in the sports information office. At Angelo State, he was the primary contact for women's soccer, volleyball, men's basketball, and softball.

Steinlage serves as the primary media contact for all Statesmen and Lady Statesmen athletic programs. His responsibilities include producing media guides and game programs, doing statistical work at all home contests, interacting with media and other SID offices, updating the athletics web site, writing previews and recaps of events, and other duties as assigned.

Steinlage was introduced to the Sports Information world as a student worker at Central College in Pella from 2001-2003. Prior to that experience, he was a sports writer for the Oskaloosa Herald and Pella Chronicle newspapers in 2001. He also interned for the West Ealing Newspaper Group in London.

The West Union, Iowa, native received his bachelor's degree in communication and sociology from Central College in May of 2003.

Steve Tucker enters his second year in his second stint as head men's golf coach at Penn.

Tucker, who also coached the team from the summer of 2003 until the winter of 2004, had also skippered the former women's golf teams for several seasons.

A graduate of William Penn, Tucker has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and is a Certified Public Accountant with his own firm in Oskaloosa.
